Terms & Conditions of Sale Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site:

1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3. Delivery is charged at the published rate for most UK addresses.4.50 min.+10% for extra goods weight. Calculated in cart ( ie 4.50 + 10% total price good add on u.k.only.) International orders slightly more to cover extra costs.

4. Deliveries will normally be made within 2-3 days if products are in stock. UK only. 10-28days if international. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available by phone or email. So please check Email box just in case.

5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 5 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.99% of our orders now are sent by recorded delivery, please be sure somone will be able to accept when arrives, any returned to us unclaimed from post office will have to have postage paid again! DATA PROTECTION We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is not used,however items such as earings and body jewellery WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygeine reasons (unless faulty).Items that are supplied at your request and are not faulty will incure a 20% levi off refund price to cover the cost of invoicing.Postage cost are also deducted. PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt, however this does not apply to items such as earings and body jewellery they WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygeine) .Postage return at customers own expence. PRODUCT GUARANTEE All products are guaranteed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.
