Q: How long will it be before goods are sent?
A: If you are situated in the U.K, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and pay by credit card or paypal and put the order through before 3:00pm the same day, items will be posted the same day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday). If there is any reason that this can not be done you will be notified immediately by e-mail or phone call.

The customer has a shipping option of first class royal mail delivery 4.00 ( uk only) or royal mail special delivery 5.50 (uk only). You will be provided with a tracking number for special delivery.

It is with great regret that we will no longer accept international orders or despatch to international addresses. However we will post to Ireland and surrounding uk islands and this will cost 4.00 and will be sent via airmail. Please contact us if you have any queries.

What if i recieve goods and i'm not satisfied?

A: Don't worry...
Any problems at all,go to our contact us page and we will help and advice on what to do next. We have a full refund policy for goods if this is what you require. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT INCLUDED! PLUS A LEVI ON NON FAULTY GOODS.
All we ask is that the goods are not worn and are returned in the original packaging. We accept the trying on of goods. Please note that body jewellery and earings WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances (unless faulty) for hygeine reasons.
Items that are supplied at your request and are not faulty will incure a 20% levi off refund price to cover the cost of invoicing and the charges we incure from credit card company that is taken when you ordered.
All we ask is the Goods are not worn and are returned in original packs. We accept trying on, this excludes earings and body jewellery due to hygeine reasons. If you want more details please go to our Legal page.

Q: Are my card details safe in checkout?
A: Yes, all details are sent by secure 128 bit encryption. joannasjewellery.co.uk DO NOT have access to this data, it is sent directly through the secure payment system.
Paypal is a secure payment collection services well known on the web.

If a customer places an order over the phone, personal credit card and debit card information will be destroyed once the order has been put through our paypalpro merchant account interface (within 24 hours). We DO NOT store financial information (debit card numbers or credit card numbers)

Q: How do i know that the quality of goods are o.k?
A: All our pieces of jewellery are personally inspected to ensure that our customers recieve top quality goods.
